The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band has connected folk, country, bluegrass, rock, and roots music since forming in California in the 1960s. Their landmark Will the Circle Be Unbroken project brought generations of traditional musicians together and became a landmark document of American musical heritage. Songs such as “Mr. Bojangles” and “Fishin’ in the Dark” show the band’s range from acoustic tradition to radio-friendly country rock. Keep the circle moving with a cool Nitty Gritty Dirt Band shirt from our officially licensed collection.
